Apart from other things, HR Leaders are expected to focus on enhancing organizational capability and capacity to connect the employees with organization’s strategy so that the firm remains competitive, create superior value for the customers& shareholders.

To contribute meaningfully in todays business context, HR professionals must ensure that HR practices and processes are linked directly with the firms vision and strategy. HR strategies and practices have to be executed and managed in a manner that adds maximum value to the enterprise.

HR leaders have to also ensure that the organization always remains agile and dynamic so that it is able to adopt to the changes with ease. This will mean focusing on the development of Change management capabilities, ensuring right organizational design and culture that is nimble and agile.
